Susan Hunneyball, Michael Slade and Mark Studdart were part of the delegation for this autumn’s meeting of the ULN in Istanbul, Turkey.
The ULN was founded in April 2000 and is an association of European lawyers who meet twice a year in a European city. The ULN exists to facilitate business between members and promote its members in legal business throughout Europe.
This year’s itinerary included Turkish anti-competition advice for HR departments, Turkish data protection law and how it compares with GDPR, a ULN General Assembly meeting, and a more light-hearted sailing adventure.
ULN has members in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Israel, Italy, North Macedonia, Portugal, Russia, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.
