Samantha qualified in 2003, in a small firm in Surrey, having completed the law conversion course and LPC at (what was) the College of Law in London. Her first degree was in management and marketing from the University of Manchester. She has worked in residential property since qualification.

She's also a qualified yoga teacher and holistic masseuse and is currently training to add sound relaxation therapy to the mix.

In any free time remaining, Samantha is usually training for a walking marathon (she tries to do two charity marathons a year) – and she’ll be in the hills, on her bike, and doing laps in the pool!

Samantha has been working in Residential property since 2001. During her training and for the first year or two after qualification, she also worked for matrimonial and probate clients too.

Over the course of time, Samantha has worked on a vast array of residential matters including sales and purchases (of freehold and leasehold properties), re-financing, updating of deeds and leases, and more besides.
