Phoebe completed her LLB Law Degree at Royal Holloway Graduating in June 2023 with an Upper Second Class Degree. She has recently completed the Legal Practice Course Combined with a Masters in Law, with her research report focusing on Surrogacy Arrangements and the legal rights of the parties involved.

Phoebe's interest in healthcare law stemmed from the medical law module during her undergraduate studies and continued in her post graduate studies where she studied Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence. Phoebe's additional legal interests are Employment, Family and Commercial.

In Phoebe's spare time she is a member of British Dressage and often spends her weekends competing. After a few years break focusing on her studies, she is looking forward to getting back on the circuit.
