Molly specialises in defending clinical negligence claims, representing doctors both on behalf of a leading medical defence organisation and on a private basis. Following her training at Gordons, she qualified in 2017 and became a Partner in 2024.

Her caseload typically involves complex medical scenarios often resulting in catastrophic injuries and high value claims. She has experience of working on a wide range of cases, including those involving brain injury, spinal and neurological injury, amputation, oncology, psychiatric injury and fatal claims. She also has experience with claims involving allegations of vicarious liability, discrimination and data protection breaches pursued against medical professionals. She regularly conducts her own advocacy at hearings in the High Court and County Courts, often going up against counsel.
