Mark is a commercial lawyer specialising in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors.  He helps businesses with commercial projects at all stages in their lifecycles from tender, procurement, development and operations, through to exit and retendering.

He was co-founder of a boutique law firm that practised commercial and corporate law and which merged with Gordons Partnership in early 2024.

Mark has particular interest and expertise in:
