Kathryn studied Law with European Law at Warwick University, which included a year abroad studying law in France and Germany. She subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 2005 with Howard Kennedy in the West End of London, going on to work for firms in Reading and Basingstoke. Kathryn joined the Property Department of Gordons as a Senior Associate in the autumn of 2019 and works in our Guildford office.
She deals with residential, commercial real estate and landlord & tenant work and is the ‘go to’ property solicitor at Gordons when a landlord requires an estate or portfolio tidied up and efficiently let and managed.
Over the years she has also dealt extensively with the property work for pharmacies, doctors’ and dentists’ surgeries, care homes and children’s day nurseries.
