Caspar is a corporate lawyer. He has extensive experience in advising clients across a broad range of matters in the life-cycle of a company from incorporation to exit, including shareholder agreements and joint ventures, employee options and incentives, investments, acquisitions and company sales, group re-organisations and shareholder disputes, as well as general corporate advisory and governance. He acts for founders, owner-managers and companies in a wide range of business sectors, including IT, e-commerce, media, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, energy and commercial property.

Caspar was co-founder of a boutique law firm that practiced commercial and corporate law and which merged with Gordons Partnership in early 2024.
