Brian has a degree in Chemistry from Bristol University, and trained to be a patent agent before qualifying as a solicitor in 1982. He was a founding partner of Gordons in 1994, specialising in disputes about intellectual property rights (IPR).
Brian retired from the partnership in March 2017, and provides various consultancy services to the firm. He no longer accepts new instructions or practices as a solicitor. Any new enquiries should be directed, in the first instance, to Derek Robins in our London office.
