Gordons are pleased to announce two new hires, further strengthening our existing Commercial Property Team.
Kathryn Johns and Adrian Jones have joined the Guildford office and will be working with John Austin to provide our commercial property clients with timely, commercial advice.
Kathryn qualified in 2005 and specialises in commercial landlord and tenant work and the purchase of commercial properties with experience in the sale and purchase of pharmacies, doctors’ and dentists’ surgeries, care homes and children’s day nurseries.
Adrian joins us from McMillan Williams Solicitors and qualified in 1993. He specialises in the purchase and sale of commercial properties including shops, offices and businesses and the grant and purchase of new leases as well as asset sales and secured lending work.
Both Kathryn and Adrian have between them many years of commercial property experience and are excited to join Gordons Commercial Property Team. Their combined experience allows them to give the straightforward commercial advice that the Commercial Property Team is famous for.
John Austin will step down from being a partner at the end of January but will remain with the firm as a consultant.
